Well I got back from Laughlin OK. But on the 27th I got the bad news that my travel mate Bill had died.
We discovered Laughlin NV. When we were homeless and living on $212.00 per month. It was a great place to eat cheap like free.
We continued to go there even after our money grew.
This time I don't know if I can go solo for awhile . I mean it just wouldn't feel right .

Well 1st California Motor Speedway didn't sell out but 115,000 people did attend.
What about those Busch Bros. Kyle wins his first and Kurt makes the chase at least for now.
Kyle was asked to leave the track just 3 years. because he was to young for the Winston Cup Series. But 3 years Later He 's the youngest driver to win a Cup Race .
Speaking of the Cup. Did you notice all 5 Roush Drivers are in the hunt . But somehow it's going to seem strange for Jeff Gordon didn't make it . Neither will Dale Earnhardt Jr.
The good news is Richmonds ends the first season . Now we can get down to business .
Nascar has become a little like MLB, the NFL. and the NBA ( which is a way to long of playoff season). in the fact we now have a playoff season in effect.
